WE will start with a 20 minute chat to confirm your path forward and how you want to be motivated:
Agree on regular check in points and dates - in a way that works for you for your progress
get support by weekly phone messenger, facebook messenger, whatsapp messages to check in your progress
up to two x 20 minute problem solving sessions if you hit a block and need to come up with a work around or shift a belief OR use the sessions for Brainstorming for a next step on your path.
This is having an accountability coach and a cheer leader on call!
